    Real estate transactions in Dubai exceeded 1.6 billion AED, with 384 deals totaling 1.28 billion AED recorded by the Land and Property Department on Tuesday. This includes 92 land transactions valued at 772.73 million AED and 292 transactions for apartments and villas worth 510.82 million AED.

    Notable land transactions included 83.93 million AED in Saih Shuaib 3, 82.29 million AED in Wadi Safa 2, and 77.68 million AED in Saih Shuaib 4. Wadi Safa 2 led in terms of the number of transactions, with 45 deals totaling 106.2 million AED, followed by City Walk 4 with 9 transactions valued at 13.76 million AED, and Palm Jumeirah with 8 transactions worth 208.7 million AED.

    For apartments and villas, the most significant transaction was 15.5 million AED in Mina Dubai, followed by 11.7 million AED in The Thaniyah Fourth and 8 million AED in Al Merkad.

    Al Barsha South Third led in the number of apartment and villa transactions with 63 deals totaling 40.45 million AED, followed by Mina Dubai with 21 transactions worth 64.72 million AED, and Al Barsha South Fourth with 20 transactions valued at 15.81 million AED.

    Mortgages amounted to 253.11 million AED, including 18 mortgages for lands worth 116.15 million AED, and 88 mortgages for villas and apartments totaling 136.96 million AED. Wadi Safa 2 recorded the highest mortgage value at 86.1 million AED, and another in Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens at 21.12 million AED.

    Gifts witnessed 18 transactions totaling 48.15 million AED, with the most significant gift in Wadi Safa 3 at 12 million AED and another in Palm Jumeirah at 11.49 million AED.
